ABOUT ME
Since opening the doors of my practice in 2013, I have provided clients in the Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Illinois and Oregon areas with individual therapy. Additionally, I have over fifteen years of experience working with people in a variety of settings such as psychiatric hospitals, emergency departments ,outpatient facilities and universities.

I earned a certificate after completing a three year training program in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy at the Chicago Psychoanalytic Institute, and served on the board of the Austin Psychoanalytic Society for three years.
My approach is grounded in the intersection of relational psychoanalysis, neuroscience, and Buddhist mindfulness practices.
